Sarah has been assisting clients with their financial need since 1997 and achieved her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2004. She is distinguished as a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an accolade that recognizes her among the top 1% of advisors worldwide.
Beyond her financial expertise, Sarah is also a trained musician. Before her work in the financial sector she spent a number of years as a missionary in Zimbabwe, Africa.
She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Toronto, majoring in music theory. Her background in music composition sharpens her ability to create unique and tailored financial solutions within established frameworks.
Sarah loves working with entrepreneurs to craft creative financial plans that match their needs and budget, incorporating group benefits and retirement savings for small business when beneficial. She also enjoys helping individuals plan for retirement, ensuring they have peace of mind now and in the future.
Before diving into the financial world, Sarah and her husband spent five enriching years as missionaries in Zimbabwe. She believes that building wealth is about achieving meaningful and fulfilling goals. As a Certified Financial Planner, she creates financial plans that provide security and comfort during both the accumulation phase and the rewarding de-cumulation stage of retirement.
Sarah cherishes her family life. She and her husband regularly take retreats to recharge and enjoy quality time with their grown children, Sean and Rosie. Sarah continues to share her musical talents by directing music at her church, Central United Church Unionville, bringing joy to her community and beyond via livestreams.
